Morocco Mountain Bike Tour
8 Days / 7 Nights

Day 1 - Marrakesh
Arrive at Marrakesh Menara Airport and transfer to the hotel. Dinner and overnight in Marrakesh.

Day 2 - Marrakesh / Oumnast / Ourika Valley
After breakfast, depart in Land Rovers with qualified drivers to the Atlas Mountains. On the way, visit the beautiful Kasbah of Oumnast. After a one-hour drive (26Km), we will bike through the track road (16km) through the Ghighaya valley. Light lunch on the way. After visiting the Tahanaout village, we take a little road (28Km) through the mountains to reach the Ourika valley. Dinner and overnight at the hotel.

Day 3 - Ourika Valley / Ait Lekak / Asni / Tassa Ourigane
After breakfast we will depart with Land Rovers (25Km) through the Ourika valley with the road ascending to 2000 meters. We bike through a forest of oak and juniper trees on a stony road at a high altitude of (34Km). Light lunch on the way. Then down hill at a slow speed to the Asni Village to reach the main road which will take you to the Ouirgane valley at about (17Km). The day will finish with a local family to discover the traditional way of life of the Berbers or we will stay in tents. Dinner and accommodation.

Day 4 - Tassa / Ouirgane / Amezmiz
After breakfast, depart from Tassa Ouirgane by bike to reach the small road of Amezmiz (35Km) passing through the forests climbing above Ouirgane. Light lunch on the way. We will arrive at Amezmiz and camp for the night in the forest with a beautiful view of the town of Amezmiz. Dinner and accommodation in tents.

Day 5 - Amezmiz / Imin-Talla / L'Medinat
After breakfast, start the day climbing up hill on your bikes to Imin-Talla (15Km), along the beautiful Amezmiz valley passing through many Berber villages that have remained unspoiled by tourism. After arrival at the natural spring of Imin-Talla, we will have lunch at one of the homes of some of the local inhabitants. In the afternoon, free time to enjoy the view of this well watered green valley before following a riverbed for about (5Km) to the Erfouz valley. After about 10Km, we arrive near the village of L'Medinat where we will camp for the night in tents. We may have time to cycle up to the village of Ait Daoud, with its busy farming community, right to the base of Jbel Erfouz. Dinner and overnight in tents.

Day 6 - L'Medinat / Azegour / Amezmiz / Barrage Lall: Takerkoust / Marrakesh
After breakfast we depart by bike to Amezmiz via Azegour by descending all the way on high pristine roads with a view of the Amezmiz valley and its winding river. Lunch will be on a hill overlooking Amezmiz. In the afternoon, we travel by Land Rovers to the Barrage Lalla Takerkoust for a little relaxation by the lake. We then return to Marrakesh, where we check in to our hotel. Dinner and overnight in Marrakesh. Optional: Possibility of Kayaking on the lake.

Day 7 - Marrakesh
After breakfast, the day will be devoted to sightseeing in Marrakesh, the second oldest imperial city of Morocco with a visit of the Saadian tombs, the Koutoubia, the Bahia palace and the Menara Gardens. Return to the hotel for lunch. In the afternoon, exploration of the souks and the Djemaa El Fna with its various entertainment's. In the evening, a Diffa Fantasia dinner will be provided at the "Che Ali" restaurant. Overnight in Marrakesh.

Day 8 - Marrakesh / Airport
After breakfast, depart for the Marrakesh Menara Airport for your return flight and assistance with the boarding formalities.
