Day 01: Arrive to Cairo, meet and assist at the airport and transfer to your hotel. Overnight in Cairo.

Day 02: After breakfast, we start a full day tour to the Giza Pyramids, the only existing wonder of the old seven wonders of the world, visit the oldest boat in the world, the Cheops boat, enjoy a camel ride and visit the Sphinx. Lunch at a local restaurant. Back to the hotel and overnight in Cairo.

Day 03: After breakfast, we visit the Sakkara Step Pyramid, the most ancient man made stone building in the world dating back to 2717 B.C, lunch in the middle of the day at a local restaurant. Visit the Egyptian museum of antiquities and the treasures of Tutankhamun. Back to the hotel and overnight in Cairo.

Day 04: Check out of the Cairo hotel and transfer to Cairo Airport to fly to Abu Simbel. You’ll board a deluxe cruise ship to visit the temples and colossal 65-foot-tall statues of Ramses II and his wife Nefertiti that were dismantled and moved to higher ground during the construction of the Aswan dam.

Day 05: Lake Nasser Cruising – Kasr Ibrim/Amada/Wadi el-Seboua. Sail to Kasr Ibrim, the last remaining Nubian settlement in its original location. You’ll learn about this ancient site (it’s forbidden to go ashore here), then sail to Amada, followed by Wadi el-Seboua. Overnight on board the cruise ship.

Day 06: Lake Nasser Cruising – Valley of the Lions/Aswan. This morning you’ll visit the striking avenue of sphinxes at Wadi el-Seboua’s “Valley of the Lions,” then cruise to Aswan.

Day 07: Disembark/Aswan/Embark Nile Cruise Ship. Visit Kalabsha, site of the largest freestanding Nubian temple, followed by a tour of the Aswan High Dam. See the imposing temple to Isis on Philae Island before boarding your Nile cruise ship. Enjoy a relaxing afternoon sail on a small felucca, replicas of ancient Nile sailboats. Overnight on board the cruise ship.

Day 08: Sail out of Aswan to reach Kom Ombo. After breakfast we will visit Kom Ombo temple dedicated to the crocodile God Sobek. Back to the ship and enjoy sailing the Nile. Lunch on board. In the afternoon we will visit the temple of Edfu dedicated to Horus the falcon God. Back to the ship, dinner and overnight.

Day 09: After breakfast, we will explore the West Bank, site of the haunting Valley of the Kings, where 64 royal tombs feature magnificent paintings, and the Temple of Hatshepsut honors one of the few female pharaohs. You’ll also see the massive Colossi of Memnon, two 64-foot-high statues of Amenhotep III . Back to the ship for Lunch and relax in the afternoon. At 5.30 pm we will visit the Luxor temple under the stars. Back to the ship, dinner and overnight in Luxor.

Day 10: After breakfast we will check out of the ship and visit the magnificent Karnak temple. Check in to our hotel Steigenberger and rest of the day free at leisure. Overnight in Luxor.

Day 11: After breakfast we will check out and transfer to Luxor airport to fly to Cairo (1 hour flight). On arrival drive to Alexandria (3 hours). Arrive Alexandria and visit the Catacombs and the Pompeii’s pillar. Lunch at a local restaurant and check in to our hotel. Overnight in Alexandria.

Day 12: After breakfast we will check out of the hotel, visit King Farouk gardens and palace from outside. We drive back to Cairo, arrive and check in to our hotel by the airport. Overnight in Cairo.

Day 13: After breakfast we check out of the hotel and transfer to Cairo airport for final departure.
